Delivery Please communicate with our customer service to get freight pricing and conditions.

Terms of payment Net the 15th of the following month from date of delivery ; interest charges of 2% per month (24% per year) will be applied to any overdue account. Additional conditions • The quantity and quality of all delivered products will be accepted by the client, his representatives, employees or officers upon delivery.This accep tance will be final. • The client is solely responsible for the interpretation of plans and specifications. • Bolduc is not responsible for any delays due to accidents, equipment fail ures, strikes, lockouts, shortages in material or any other factor beyond our control. Recommendation In order to provide the best possible service, we request that you confirm your order in advance and give at least 48 hours notice for delivery. For pickup, we recommend contacting our customer service to set up an appointment

Pallets A $35 deposit will be billed for each pallet.

The client is solely responsible for said pallets. A deposit of $35 will be refunded for each pallet marked BOLDUC returned in good condition and picked up at the same site during a delivery or if returned directly by the client. Sale taxes Federal : Goods and services tax (GST) excluded Provincial : Quebec sales tax (QST) excluded Note : Any modification in the application of federal or provincial sales taxes may result in changes without prior notice. Waiting time Unloading must be done within one hour. Client will be billed $170 per hour for additional time. Returns Material for special orders must be purchased in full. No returns will be accepted. For stock items, only complete and intact cubes will be accepted on presentation on an authorization number previously obtained from the Bolduc sales office.
